Hunt$ Terms of Service

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Hunt$ ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Hunt$ mobile application (the "App").

You agree that by accessing the App, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APP AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. ACCOUNT CREATION

2.1. You may create a community account using Google or Apple sign-in options.

2.2. We collect only your email address and contact email address as personal information during account creation.

3. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

3.1. We collect and store your email address and contact information as stated in Section 2.2.

3.2. We do not collect any other personal information beyond what is stated in Section 2.2.

3.3. We do not track or monitor your personal information or activities within the App.

3.4. We use third-party analytics and tracking tools to improve our services, but these do not collect your personal information.

4. AGE RESTRICTIONS

The App is intended for users of all ages. By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to use online services in your jurisdiction.

5. ACCOUNT DELETION

You may request account deletion at any time through the App or by contacting our support team.

6. PRODUCT SALES AND AFFILIATE LINKS

7.1. We do not sell products directly through the App.

7.2. We may provide affiliate links to third-party products or services. If you click on these links, we may receive a commission.

7. ADVERTISING

The App contains advertisements provided by AdMob. By using the App, you agree to view such advertisements.

8. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

We may send push notifications to your device. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO AND TERMINATION OF THE APP

10.1. We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the App at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice.

10.2. We have no obligation to update any information on our App. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the App without notice at any time.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of [Your State]. Hunt$ and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of [Your State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

12. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the App that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the App at any time, without prior notice.

13. DISCLAIMER

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand.

16. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

Visiting the App, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications.

17. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the App constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.
